2. Book your trip
Once you have decided on the itinerary that works best for you and confirmed your group booking, Khampa Caravan will send you an invoice with detailed information on the trip.
3. Make your payment 
Upon receipt of the invoice, we request an initial deposit of USD 350 per pax to secure your group reservation. The balance payment will be due 30 days prior to the first land day of your trip. Payment is accepted by wire transfer to our account:

4. Depart for Tibet
All Khampa Caravan trips start or end in Lhasa, Kunming (Yunnan), Chengdu (Sichuan), Lanzhou (Gansu), or Xining (Qinghai). You should make all necessary international air travel arrangements so a Khampa Caravan representative can receive you at one of the above points of entry. All visitors are required to insure themselves in their home country and provide a doctor’s certificate prior to joining a Khampa Caravan trip.
Notification of cancellation must be made to Khampa Caravan in writing. Once we receive the notification, we will refund your payment less the following cancellation charges deducted from the package price.
Up to 30 days before departure:
US$ 150 per person.
29 to 15 days before departure:
US$ 350 per person.
14 to 05 days before departure:
50% of package price
04 days or less before departure and no shows:
100% of package price
